With the start of the new school year just ahead of us this is a great time to get organized! Unfortunately, however, sometimes bound calendars aren’t set up for your working style. That’s when a blank calendar that can be printed at any time or by months or quarters (or whatever you prefer!) comes in handy.
- Copies of the PDF provided here (with hours) and here (without hours)
- 12 Dividers
- Round corner punch (optional)
Open the PDFs linked to above and choose the calendar that best suits your needs. The two calendar options provided are different in that one shows the hours of the day and the other does not. Each PDF also includes a landscape layout of the weekdays only (no weekends) that allows you to see your week in one glance instead of on two sheets.
Once you’ve made your selection you are ready to use FedEx Office® Print Online to place an online order for copies of your calendar. As an example the sheets shown below were printed on cardstock in two colors: Sand Stone and Sea Spray. Cardstock is thicker than regular laser paper which makes it great for heavy use since it holds up well. Decide what is best for you.
Place your order. If you are ordering calendar 1 or 2 (with the weekend included) make sure that the pages are printed double-sided. The front of that set should have Monday-Wednesday on the left hand side and Thursday-Sunday on the right so that you can see your week in one spread. Include a three-hole punch on the left side of all sheets.
All that is left to do is to place your printed sheets in your binder, using the dividers to separate the sheets from one month to the other.
